They aim to make life easier for everyone living gluten-free, including those with diagnosed gluten-related disorders and those choosing a gluten-free lifestyle. GIG achieves this through various programs and initiatives like the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), Gluten-Free Food Service (GFFS), and support groups.
