Organizations and event hosts may request conference bags for use at upcoming events to help distribute materials and resources to attendees. Please complete this form with your event details, including the date and the number of bags requested. To allow time for processing and preparation, requests must be submitted 5–6 weeks prior to the event date.

To ensure consistency and proper representation, we kindly ask that you use the conference bags provided by our organization for your event rather than substituting other bags. All conference bags must be picked up from the LCBA office (2208 E Grand Ave, Laramie, WY 82070). Requests will be reviewed and fulfilled based on availability.
